Very fresh local ingredients and exceptional flavor combinations and some innovative elements such as Percebes with a Japanese-inspired sauce. The wines and aperitifs are also excellent. Tasting menu with small plates following the Kaiseki way for the starters, a great Galician ceviche or a tasty anticucho with local beef are examples of the personal fusion that you will find in this restaurant. Good service and also attention to the wine, with a good range of Galician winemakers and some international references including champagne.
