Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf you like nature, this place has it all: made from Eungella timber, perched above a flowing creek surrounded by beautiful trees, and serving food with the freshest local ingredients combined with some "secret"sauces, I just couldn't help feeling so healthy. I recommend making a booking for the best experience because it is out of the way and quality needs time.
Beatiful afternoon tea of Yummy scones and most delicious home made carrot cake. Coffee was hot. Service excellent and very friendly. Setting is paradise. Thankyou
A group of 6 were wanting to have lunch here on Saturday, a staff member came up to us, and said that she "cant help us, because she is by herself". Noting that there were only four other people in the cafe at the time, we politely asked "no problem, when do you think a booking would be available?", she responded "i dont know, maybe half an hour", to which we asked if we could sit down and happily wait, as we had walked there and were in no hurry. She vehemently shook her head and said "no", and walked back off into the kitchen. She was rude, and had attitude as soon as we walked in. It is a magical location and we would have been happy to sit there with a jug of water for as long as it took. However I will not be returning and will not be recommending the river rock cafe to anyone in Australia or back home in New Zealand.
A great view, lovely food, refreshing beverages. Compliments to the staff. The outdoor dining was entirely relaxing and with a breathtaking view. It was very quiet when my family were there, which made it feel like our own private spot. Rustic, authentic, beautiful.
The cafe presents beautiful, fresh food done very well. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch menu, all 22 loved our meals, not a chip in sightThe deck with the sound of the creek in the background is the perfect venue for lunch - thanks River Rock Cafe team!
