The server went up and beyond trying to explain the menu. Very friendly staff and food is great for what you pay really cozy and clean place, I appreciate the efforts of staff

This place was amazing! When I arrived in Berlin, I was taken here for dinner and blown away. Beautiful presentation of the food, a varied selection of products on the menu and incredibly delicious! I had the cucumber soup refreshed on this hot summer night, followed by the best meatballs I had in my life! I got five different meatballs, all made different meats and everyone was tastier than the last.

This restaurant is horrible, bad service, food terrible to cater for tourists that treat them as if they were animals. Is a trough more than poor quality food to travellers arriving in Florence. Average prices

First of all the service was atrocious. Staff were extremely rude and not attentive in the slightest. It took 10 minutes for pepper to be delivered to the table. This could not be salvaged by the extremely stale bread, flavourless bolognaise and salad drenched in olive oil. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This restaurant full with tour group. We Try the fettucine with mushroom, fish and meat for second meal. The fettucine is not very good but the fish and meat are quite good
