Food is standard sonic fare IF you get the correct order. I used to come here fairly often but have gotten a few incorrect or someone else's order. If you have a problem with an order and need to talk to a manager it's going to be a bad experience. Mike the manager started arguing with me when I pointed out a problem with my order. When I tried to show him what I ordered on the app he just started yelling and walking away. Sent another worker out with the correction. I tried calling sonic corporate, someone with a heavy accent took a message and I never received a call back. Never again.
This sonic is F'N horrible. I came in ordered to go. When i got home took a bite of my burger, low and behold, a HAIR in the first bite! Burger was overcooked and pretty disgusting. There was a grease spot on the bag. If you want to have sonic go to the other one Not on 4th street. The manager offered me a new burger, said he watched it being made. In the meantime my pretzels were cold and hard. The Churro shake was melted. Please don't go to this sonic!
They have a BIG problem here. It starts with broken equipment that hasn't been repaired thus leaving employees in a bind to even meet expectations. Speed of service is lacking. Non-existing. It seems this place is sinking and nobody is willing to rescue it. I would start with fixing broken equipment, replacing managers and starting fresh. Good luck!
It's an okay place. Most of times it takes them forever to get your food out. Takes over 20 minutes to get your food out even though you use the mobile app and place your order in advance. Still take some pretty long time to get your food out for you.
