Schweizerhof - Flims Dorf

Beautiful terrace, good service, nice food and good wine map: all good. But to know that you may sit on the same chair as Albert Einstein or Marie Curie once sat, it makes everything special.

The hotel offers a good location to Caumasee and the check-in is super friendly and accommodating. I would have rated the hotel a 5 if the beds were better, especially for the price of the room and restaurant service for dinner was even on average....I never had such an unorganized and terrible service in a nice restaurant for dinner than in this hotel. The table over me and I laugh about it because it was so bad. I was sitting and moved and then got no introduction to the menu and had to stand up and get a copy of the evening card itself. I was without a hurry and wanted a relaxed dinner, but couldn't even drink my Apero after asking three times. A vodka soda was too difficult and my first course came and no drink 45 minutes later. Butter for bread appears mysterious after the bread was on the table for 45 minutes. Everything was completely disorganized. It must point out that it was funny. They had a lot of help and junior servers, but they couldn't coordinate anything. Let the waiters welcome the guests and take the food orders and the junior staff take care of the in between. I got up and went because I couldn't enjoy a 4-course menu at such a half a danger place. The waiter went to the bar and finally made me my drink, which they gave me for the decay that was appreciated. It is better for a restaurant to refuse a guest if they believe that they can't make it as a guest to give such a terrible experience.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location in Flims. The restaurant has a wonderful terrace where it serves very good food. It is not cheap, but the standards are high and the staff was very friendly. Overall a very good meal with beautiful surroundings.

We called down here after a day after the mountain and left us in the lounge area for hot chocolate, apple strudel and vanilla sauce. Absolutely delicious, but very overpriced. We didn't call an apple strudel on another day, so we had to make apricot cake. Absolutely delicious. The hotel is well appointed I believe classified as 5 stars. The decor is old, not really to my taste rather fussy. We became a bit of the coupling of loud middle English guests about their ski yields and very relieved that we had chosen the beautiful Belvedere Hotel to stay and not these. So I recommend the cake, but nothing else

The food, the service, the atmosphere It was all great. Congrats to the staff and the owner. This restaurant is tops on our list in Switzerland.
