Subway - Flint

Went in there Jan 29 around 4-5 and that was the best customer service I have had in a long time. Both employees were SO friendly. Wish I would have caught their names.

Speaker on for drive thru, asks you to hold, then nothing. Come to window, met by unfriendly woman who wouldn 't dare apologize and only tell me yeah it doesn 't work you have to come in . How about a sign? Turn it off? There were others behind me that had to make the same wait and realization.Always something with this mismanaged location.

God bless the one or two people who work here. It's not right that the owner of this place cant get more workers. I've tried to go here 4 times in the last 2 weeks on lunch break. EVERY TIME they only have 1 worker working. This is ridiculous! Pay everyone $20hr and you will attract and keep good workers. You are going to go bankrupt if you don't change!

Best food establishment I'm aware of! Can't beat the price and convenience!

My sub was delicious as always. the personal was very nice
