Bj's Brewhouse Florence

Our server daryl was excellent. ahi portion is a small but overall very good dinner.

Friends said they liked their meals. Steak was disappointing as was the Brussels Sprout Kale salad. Strawberry vinaigrette did not seem to go well with other flavors and was a little on the soggy side. I would go back based on prior experiences.

Server was great food was good! requested a booth and was told there was none available when we walked past many to get to our small table in the back that wasnt even set up.

All of our food was cold we ordered appetizers they were cold then our steak and sides were all cold , told waitress she said sorry walked away manager never came over . The waitress said she told him and he walked away from her . We were party of 6 we all spent lot of money waitress did offer dessert, I know wasn’t her fault . But to me a manger should of taken responsibility and came over ! He walked around and avoided . We won’t be back
