Buffalo Wild Wings - Florence

Perfect Street Tacos! Three are right or maybe one or two more. Filled up with ingredients you can really recognize! Only the right amount of spices and heat, nothing about powering. Be careful if you haven't tried her yet! There's a long shot through the middle that keeps her up! Lol Another big supplement, nothing is worse than getting your meal and the tacos have moved and you now have a taco salad. The delivery is fast and accurate. Yeah, even with the towels. Try it like that!

We came in late (around 10-10:30) after a movie for a quick bite and to grab a drink. We were first told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. After my suggestion to go elsewhere, we were then informed we could sit at the bar. They, unfortunately, are obviously understaffed because while many of the seats and tables were empty, they were still littered from what was left behind by the people seated there before. Our waitress/bar tender was fantastic. She was very busy and had to clean the counter before we were able to take a seat, but she was very attentive and helpful while also juggling the patrons seated outside. We first ordered draft beer and my husband, his uncle, and I ordered three different brands. It came as a bit of a shock to find all three tasted skunked . It was almost as if they had lost power to a cooler and all the beer on tap and become heated before cooling down again. The easiest solution was to order bottled/canned beverages. When it came time to order, our server reluctantly informed us they were out of traditional wings. We certainly understand that there are shortages on things everywhere right now, but I wish we had been notified at the door so we could have gone elsewhere. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our server and the boneless wings weren 't bad either.

Brittany our second server was wonderful, but our first server Jade and Manager JP were horrible! I will definitely not come back to this spot. This place is in my hometown and I was visiting from Marietta, Ga on vacation to watch the Steelers vs Jets game. It goes without saying to not support your hometown bar and grill spot. The bathrooms were filthy and smelly not to leave out the decor inside. See photos! The place is very rundown from what it used to be.

Buffalo Wild Wings located at 2599 David McLeod Blvd. Florence, SC 29501 has been around for quite some time now. I’m not exactly sure how long and was an excellent restaurant to go and eat, especially their wings and burgers. Over the last few years they have declined in the quality of their food, and customer service. The food is usually cold and often taste like they warmed it up in a microwave. You’re also usually waiting a long time for your order. I will usually give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt and revisit it after a bad experience, especially when in the past I had great experiences there. I also understand that since 2020 (COVID) a lot of restaurants are under staffed, but while other restaurants have adjusted This particular Buffalo Wild Wings hasn’t and has declined.

I've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for years and I just so happened to tonight 12/5/2021....my food was horrible but the customer service was Awesome and it wasn't their fault but my wings tasted like they weren't fresh at all. My tots were supposed to be loaded but clearly you see they aren't!! I'm really disappointed!! This isn't like them at all!!
