Mcdonald's - Florence

Hamburger was dry and cold! terrible, what happened to the days of a freshly grilled hamburger.

As a mc donalds worker our establishment does good on most occasions but being close to mall rd makes us very busy we usually run the store with 5 people which makes it hard for our store to move fast concidering we're very understaffedSome people don't have proper training and most of us are only 15 and 16 year Olds takeIn to consideration that we're polite and just trying to do our best with the endless amount of orders inside and out of our restaurant thank you

The drive through was very slow, we only ordered two small breakfast burritos w salsa (which we didn't even get-and it's on the receipt) and a mcgriddle combo. We were told to wait in parking spot one and they would bring the food out. More than a half dozen vehicles went through the drive through and we still had not gotten our food. The guy parked two spots next to me was slightly more impatient, he went to go check on things just as a gal was coming out with two bags. She allows him to put his hands in what ended up being MY bag and he realized it's not his, and she proceeds to give me my bag. It's simple things like this, no brainer things like DON'T allow someone to stick their hand in someone else's bag, that shouldn't haven't to be explained. I was of course perturbed but we were in a rush and so I took the food regardless of the repulsive fact that I just witnessed my food being fondled by a stranger. Good thing the only thing slightly exposed in my bag was the hashbrown. People really need to be more courteous and I mean that on both the employee and the other consumer.

Drive thru line was quick, food, coffee and drink were correct, perfect temperature. Staff was friendly.

Hahahaha they call themselves fast food every time I go here I sit in line for 20 minutes and half the time the order is wrong missing this that and the other then gotta flip a u and go stand in line in the lobby for another 20 minutes yall a joke for real yall just need to just close the doors yall had a good run give it up
