Wendy's - Florence

The staff doesn’t pay you any mind. So I walk in to place my order because I like to wash my hands before I eat. So now I know that I can only get service at the drive through, they won’t get my money!

There are too many unclean tables, no ice in the ice machine. Food was serviced hot ?, orange frosty did not taste like a dream sickle, but it was still good.

Not the best. Soda machine had no ocean and drink was warm. Nobody seemed to care.

I want to give them 0 stars because they were so rude and would even let me finish my order. Also the cinnamon bun things they have now say “available all day” and they told me it’s only a morning thing but it’s only because they didn’t feel like making it. My chicken wrap I got had only a few pieces of chicken in it and no lettuce, cheese or ranch when it’s supposed to have all those in it?‍. Worst service I’ve had ever had. And they were slow for no reason when there was 1 car in front of me and the lobby is closed because they don’t feel like opening it up. and the workers just kept playing and messing around.

Charge me $10.00 for this wrap and didn’t even care to even put enough of anything on it. Some evil mean individuals just don’t care. We won’t be going to this location anymore.
