Hendel's - Florissant

I can't remember the last time I was impressed. Every dinner at Hendel was perfect. I am so glad that I went there with total chance, had the Cajun Carbonara Pasta. All the staff I met were the best. Thank you for making my day.

So this is my first five star rating. This is a very hidden jewel in the old town of Florissant. I've been living in the north for 20 years and never knew this place was here. You have so many peaceful romantic seats. It is amazing that you can even sit on the terrace and relax on a fireplace. The service was great that we had a waitress, but she also had a small team of people who grab empty plates and check our drinks and service. The food was from this world. I chose a healthier option with the Salmon Power Bowl. My wife wanted to try the Turkish sandwich and the French onion soup. It was our first time to try this soup. Everything they brought us from Spinach Artichoke Dip to the Entrees was perfect. None of us had a problem or a complaint. I loved my visit and will be back soon.

Eating was absolutely excellent and so was our server. All from salad to dessert came fresh and beautifully plated. If we came here to celebrate the completion of a project, we had included a full 4-course menu with drinks. Side salad, Mac cheese stabs, Pasta Florissant, all amaerica burgers, lava cake and mile high peanut butter explosion. The real restaurant itself is beautiful. It has an old town feeling with a mixture of people. The terrace is beautiful and pin and the fireplace is beautiful. Will definitely come back.

Delicious food and drinks. Great staff. They are very friendly and attentive. Beautiful ambience and great location. Good parking. A small parking lot, but I think they can probably hold 15-20 cars. I just wish the wait was a little shorter, but they manage it well so that the guests call before they come.

This was my first time visiting Hendel 's Cafe. Let me begin by giving Erin, my waitress a shout out! Upon my arrival she was very attentive and pleasant throughout my dining experience. Furthermore, when other guests came she remained on her A-game! Thank you Erin for giving me a pleasurable experience! As far as my meal, I ordered stuffed mushrooms ? for my appetizer. They were stuffed crab meat and cream cheese. ? yummy, yummy! Next, I ordered a turkey club and side salad for my main course. My sandwich was stacked so high, I could only eat half. My salad ? not only did it look fresh, it tastes fresh as well. Last but definitely not least, I ordered the salty crusted Carmel cake for desert, OMG! It was so moist and delicious ?, the Carmel was just right ??. I will definitely be back. I have to introduce my friends to Hendel 's. I heard various co-workers and friends brag on this restaurant. I know exactly what they mean now. See you next time Hendel 's!!!!!
