Avaliação da contribuiçãoSad location. Nothing here changes. They are the only Wingstop in the area and workers do not care. I went last night and place a order 45 minutes before I went. Online order said complete, walked to counter and lady was like not ready yet. This is all the time.
I got turned away after driving all the way there from work to order some food me n my coworker tried to call in advance no one picked up the phone I'm thinking they're busy my coworker went there and said the store was empty....no lines or nothing...so I get there right at 11pm they tell me they're done cooking for the night and turn me away...even tho the store doesn't close til 12. It's always something with wingstop.
The BBQ sandwich had no coating on the chicken and was mostly bread and sauce rather than chicken. I waited an additional 20 minutes even after ordering online and receiving a notification that my order was ready. The employees seemed more interested in joking around than efficiently preparing orders, and they informed multiple customers that they did not have drinks available to accompany their meals.
This is definitely the best Wingstop I have been to in Mississippi. The location is in a beautiful and quiet area, and the employees are always friendly and take their time to cook your food exactly how you want it. The parking lot is clean with plenty of space, making it easy to drive in and out. There is also a cool zone for kids, making it a safe and enjoyable place for families.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming here again.As I walked into the establishment, I was not greeted. The team member Anthony (with the lazy eye) prepared orders along with another team member who was further in the kitchen. I do understand that people get busy so I wasn’t too upset about that honestly. But, as I waited at the register, Anthony just kept on working as if I was not standing there. He looked dead at me and did not say anything. First I thought that another worker would take my order so I still waited patiently. As 5-6 minutes went by and I STILL waited, I asked the customers who were already seated, “who took their order?” They pointed at Anthony and stated that he took their order.At this moment I’m getting a little impatient, but I still didn’t say anything rude to the worker. So eventually he took my order and called me to get my food while I was preparing my drink at the drink machine. I took my order and opened my food to make sure it was correct which it mostly was, but I didn’t have the Parmesan on my fries like I wanted. I also ordered extra ranch so when I looked in the bag, I only thought that there was extra ranch in the bag and that was it.I stood back in line and another worker asked if I needed anything. She was very sweet. I smiled and asked if her if Anthony could sprinkle Parmesan on my fries. She politely took my bag and asked him if he could do so. He gave her a weird look and kept acting as if he couldn’t understand her. Then he responded and said something to her, which she replied with “okay.” I smiled and ask what did he say? She told me that he had added a cup of Parmesan in the side of the bag. I smiled and said oh, okay! I didn’t know. Thank you, as I was walking towards the door.Anything rudely said “CHECK THE SIDE OF THE BAG!” In a Very very rude way. The tone is what really upset me. I honestly almost cursed him out but the other team member walked out with me and was talking to me. Anthony has HORRIBLE customer service. From the time I walked into this establishment I had a odd negative feeling.In the beginning, What he COULD HAVE done was told me “someone will be right with you shortly.” And with the rude “check the bag” comment he could have said “I didn’t add the Parmesan on the fries but I did add it into a cup.” Okay, that’s fine. We both could go on about our day. This restaurant should really get rid of him and hire someone who wants to be there.
