Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao - FLUSHING

Popular Chinese restaurant best known for their soup dumplings. The menu is mainly breakfast entrees, some soup noodle and stir fried noodle dishes and that's about it. They don't really have main dishes that you can order. The prices are not too bad but be prepared to wait during lunchtime if you don't get there early.

The food is not as good as the previous location. Some of the buns are not fresh, seems like from frozen. The door is too heavy, almost impossible to open.

Yumm. It was a bit of a wait to get a table. You scanned a QR code and could see your wait time. That was nice. Before you sat down they gave you a paper menu and you circled what you wanted to start with. It was great, when you sat down the person took the paper, put in your order and that was it. We got our food quickly. Everything went quick but nothing felt rushed. I didn't feel like I was taking to long. Such an efficient place, for being so big. I like the soup dumplings , the pork and chicken were our favorites, and enjoyed the beef soup we had. We would probably skip the pork and vegetables wontons next time. I hope to return and eat more! Staff was nice.
