Mcdonald's - Foley

I entered the building shortly before 11 am with my 3 year old. I was excited for him to get a happy meal and play inside. However, the staff and customers were arguing. I stood there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. There was anomysity in the workers already and I was hesistant but, I asked the manager for help, and she walked away from me to address another order. I use to come here every week and never in my life have I been so unhappy with my service. It was St. Patty's Day and worst experience. I won't be spending another dime here. At one point i thought the cops would show up. I've never seen staff fight so aggressive in front of customers.My son was in tears when we left. Awful!

Cooked fresh when I ordered it, no heat lamps . I've always gotten hot, fresh food when ordering for pickup from the app.

Got to love McDonald's french fries and their fish sandwiches delicious

Visited the drive-thru and my wait time was very minimal. Staff was friendly, food was received fast and hot. Completely satisfied with my visit to the S. McKenzie St. McDonalds I'm sure I would recommend to a friend.

Is it policy for staff to sit back there while customers are waiting in drive through to sit and watch the staff stuff their face full of food back there while they're working just curious because not only were they rude but they were more preoccupied with shoving their faces full of food and being rude than paying attention to what's going on
