Dude Sushi - FOLIGNO

I'm not usually a sushi lover, but in this place I really enjoyed everything. The owners were very kind and helpful, even in recommending us how to orientate in the menu. The dishes are processed, refined, and the ingredients are of very high quality (I recommend flambé axe and spicy praline). The place is small and quiet, the atmosphere is relaxing. The prices are a little higher than the common sushi, but it is really worth tasting these delicacies. Really congratulations to the owners, especially for their friendliness and passion!

I've been in this lovely and intimate restaurant to take off a touch of my little girl, I have to say she took it in full: Beautiful environment with maximum transparency starting from the preparation to view of what you order and then end with the service of a very kind super available and very professional girl. Excellent raw materials skillfully manipulated by an artist who moves his knives as a samurai. I wish you with all my heart a great success, also because I do the same your job no sushi but still refresher I know how much sacrifice and commitment it takes to get positive results, continue so and congratulations still lovebirds, at least I seemed to perceive this.

Quality of fish very high, although some sushi courses are Italianized (but in the portal there is written), however very good.

One of the best sushi places anywhere with a fantastic wine list to boot. Luca and Laura are amazing hosts. Bravo.

We were a bit doubtful about sushi in central Italy BUT IT WAS GREAT!
