Trip tip Sandwich is really good, owner is also beautiful.
Decent sandwiches, but bad service at this point. I was told that I was helped shortly on my arrival. Some employees worked, others were on the phone. I was the only person in the line and waited 10 minutes before the decision, I would probably have a better experience in the subway down the block. That's it.
At 1:30 a.m., there were 2 employees who welcomed and informed me that they could help me soon. The female staff helped me and she was very friendly. One thing when the TVs that had the menus was out, so I tried to point out what I wanted, based on what I remembered and was met with their honourable answers by Yes, we have and we have two sandwiches with cream cheese what you want? I would say it was less helpful or understanding why I couldn't order the sandwiches by name. I put my order and let my sand be found on the wrong breads. I live not far from the store, but decided not to go back hoping to put the bad experience in the past.
The sandwich was just fine. I asked for extra paprika and extra garlic sauce I didn't get extra. I'm not even sure if they put the garlic sauce. Customer service was terrible. There were 3 girls in work, one sat at a table on a tablet (can be on break) but the other two girls did not even recognize me when I first arrived. Minutes later, one of them said that I picked up or ordered, and she told me she was with me in a minute. I probably waited 4-5 minutes while they concentrated on other sandwiches and then was rudely asked what you want? . When a girl made my sandwich, the other one called me. I also ordered a well drink she never gave me, and I had to ask for the cup again. I enjoy Mr. Pickles, but this one really has no inclination of the right customer service and the sandwich was only moderate for $13.
