Stewart's Shops - Fonda

Cashier takes my money for two milkshakes then leaves me standing there while he rings out customer after customer before forgetting about me and walking away. Boo! One star because no stars isn't an option.

Usually all the Stewart's have friendly staff. This one is not one of them. They don't say good morning or thank you. Not even a smile. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. They have to improve a lot. Hopefully next time I go back I can change this review.

Every time I've stopped at this Stewart's shop and order a chicken sandwich the ladies always have the same excuse. They either ran out of chicken or it will be delivered in a couple of days. It never fails. Today I ordered a pie of pizza. Placed the order, it will be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Well when I get there and asked for my pie the two ladies looked dumbfounded! They hadn't even started making it! I'm done with this particular store! I will not be returning to this establishment. You are better off driving a little bit more and take your business to the Stewart's shop in Palatine. I called that shop placed my order and when I got there my pie was ready what a difference! They are are very professional and efficient. FIVE STARS FOR Stewart's in PALATINE!!!

The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Customer service is definitely lacking I've ordered pizza over the phone from them and when I got there they hadn't even started and they act like they don't care
