The Hot Spot - Fontana

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a black man, I walked in to buy food, but before that, I needed to use the restroom. While I was in there, I was questioned about why I was using the facilities. The customer service here is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We visited California for the first time and were staying in the Fontana area. I have always heard that Mexican food in California was really good and I can now confirm it. I tried the birria taco and it was so flavorful, the dipping sauce was so good! I had a great experience.

Stopped by for some yummy fish and shrimp tacos with lime margaritas which were part of the Happy hour definitely hit the spot! The shrimp tacos hit the most with flavor plus the daily specials were some good deals to choose from with good portions.

I ordered food from this place and it took them more than a. Hour to complete my order and just to see the position we'll pool the mole was not good the beens were poor test and on top of that they put Salad Nex to the mole so all the water for the salad mest up the

We’ve eaten many times here before and the portion sizes were respectable and there was substance to the food. This time around the portion sizes were not comparable to the cost. Ordered Aguachile a La carte (5 shrimptotal w/a bunch of veggie filler) at $23, Diabla shrimp at $12 (7 shrimp total, which was not spicy, but more of a sweetness), and a 3 item combo platter w/cheese enchiladas. It felt like a kids school cafeteria lunch how small the enchiladas were mostly tortilla, red sauce and a sprinkle of cheese inside. It seems the Hot Spot delivery customers don’t get much love I can’t imagine if they served this in house their customers would be to happy.Definitely disappointed
