Jack In The Box

They are the slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been to, it’ll take me atleast 45 mins to get my food specially during midnight, but never the less, it’s called fast food, plus other stores are busier traffic wise) and they still quicker to pass your food out. They even close their dine-in area really earl. It’s not convenient at all, and really terrible time management

Just order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, I ask one of crew taking care my online order if I can check the bags, she just ignore me and start stapling my order. I came home and give one of the sandwiche to my mom and she said; chicken is tuff. I look at it and touch the chicken patty it's cold and hard like a rock. She ask me to just microwave it to make it soft. This is ridiculous they shouldn't serve this. What a waits of time and gas. I came back and assisted by the very nice manager Ms. M and she was sorry however the crew that take care my order did not even acknowledge me, come to find out she's also a manager Jane. She need to go back training with her customer service. Plesse fix it so sad this store is use to be a training store and I use to work also here years ago.

This place holds the bathroom hostage until you buy something. And then when you do, they refuse to let you use the bathroom.This is just straight up robbery and terrible service.

1- if you want to waste 35 min waiting in line, then go for this store.2- if you want a rude customer service specially during night, come here.This is the worst Jack in the box and even worst when using a delivery app.

Food looks like it got sat on and the customer service needs work. Had the cashier be cursing about hating to walk back and forth towards the register back to the drive through window. I try to say thank you but all I get is the tsk and attitude. Overall my experience with Jack in the Box Kunia is pretty bad. The overall atmosphere is cloudy and sad aswell. The place looks dirty inside and it needs to be kept clean when handling grease. 2/10 fries were mediocre
