I was tempted by Tomcat's review and explored this eatery last night. The interior set-up has no change compared to last management. There is no menu for individual diners but a large TV displayed set at the front of the counter, which really challenge my memory because I could not see the menu when I placed my orders! Ordered Pig Ear and Braised Pork Trotters for entrees, unfortunately, we were told that they ran out of Pork Trotter after we ordered so would not bother to order other dishes. For main, we took the inspiration from the name of this eatery so ordered their signature St. Wonton Sour & Spicy and the Spicy Sauce of Pork Wonton. In addition, drinks of Barley Water and Milk Tea with Pearls were ordered. Entrée of Pig Ear was average but the taste was not consistent since mine was bland. Wontons was prepared in shape different from those from Quangzhou or Hong Kong, however ingredients reserve the authenticity as the famous "Pien Rou" from Shaxian. They followed the traditional way of beaten the pork by wooden mallet to pastry in order to tenderlise and retain water in between tissues. The elasticity of pork meat deserves thumb-up. Broth of the first main of Spicy & Sour was well prepared with lots of dry shrimps and seaweed, while the sauce of the other dish was surprisingly tasteful with appropriate spiciness and peanut butter. The only let down would be the drinks where quantity of Barley was mean and pearl texture was exactly the same as the pork ingredients in Wonton but not "Q" as it should be described by Taiwanese. Overall experience was interesting and I don't mind to recommend other foodies for experience, however, the management should think about to strengthen the floor-service because the whole team seems too green and lack of passion.
Wonton is the best! what a surprise! very generous portions, overfilling lol. environment is also clean and tidy, modern vibe with traditional food, really nice????

Nasty peanut noodles, sickly sweet with no other balance of flavour. The spicy wontons were also doused in peanut sauce , no idea why, they taste bad too, like fish cake instead of pork. Wouldn't recommend.
