Thighstop - Forest Park

I 've come to this location for years years ago. I hoped it was the same quality as before, but, it wasn 't. The person loading the food cleaned something on the floor, didn 't have gloves nor did anyone in the back preparing food). This person wiped the floor with a wet paper towel, threw the towel away and went back to loading food.. yuck. I mentioned to the cashier which I 'm guessing is the manager) he told him to wash his hands and the guy said he already did. If you 're in line sight of customers , customers can see everything in the front of the place.. and you lied. Quality of the food was ok, fries were over cooked. Honey Dijon container has mold in it. maybe it was on purpose? Since I called out the guy for not being sanitary) will not be back.

I always enjoyed eating at this chain until recently. I ordered some food through the wing-stop app and unfortunately it got stolen by the driver. Now I 'm not upset about that. My problem is when I called about it I was told to call the next day to speak with the general manager and so I did. He assured me that I would get a full refund and it 's been over a week now and no refund. I called today and asked what is going on with my refund and they told me to call back on Sunday to speak with the same general manager I already spoke too. I tried to make it even by asking them to redo my order for free and we can call it even but they said no. So now I have to wait till Sunday to speak to the same manager and then wait another 2-3 days for my refund . I don 't get annoyed easily with a chain but when the general manager tells you they are giving you a refund and to expect it in 2-3 days then I take their word for it. Do better.

Best wings I've ever had never had any problems everything has been good food is good people are respectful nice to have one of these close by the house

Our food was over due but we called them up just as they were heading out to deliver and asked for refresh soda and they complied. Our dinner was delicious! ??

Cooked fresh but not correct. Wasn't fried hard and not enough garlic parmesan on the chicken. I have this problem usually with this restaurant.
