We placed an order for $100 worth of food at the restaurant, with one of the meals needing to be made gluten-free. The restaurant agreed to accommodate this request. However, when our order was delivered, the gluten-free meal was made incorrectly. We contacted the restaurant, and they said they would deliver a new meal in 45 minutes. After waiting almost 40 minutes, we were told that they were unable to redeliver the meal that was made wrong. They offered a refund or for us to come pick up the meal ourselves. When we insisted on having it delivered, we were informed that the delivery driver refused to bring it back. Despite being told that the manager was unavailable, they suddenly became available when we called back after waiting 10 minutes. The restaurant said that if we placed a new order, the meal would be delivered, but they could not redeliver the incorrect meal. The customer service we received was extremely disappointing. Eventually, the replacement meal was delivered nearly 2 hours after our initial order by the owner and a chef, as the delivery driver refused to do her job. The manager was helpful, but the counter staff and driver were unprofessional.
This restaurant is fantastic for dining. The new chef, Sam, is outstanding. I ordered the wok-fried duck with green vegetables and chili garlic sauce. It wasn't on the menu, but it was delicious. Highly recommend!
So wonderful. Absolutely superb. We even ordered off-menu items and they were prepared beautifully. Very unpretentious but lovely food. Thank you.
Absolutely terrible experience. Rude staff and poor service, definitely not recommended.
