Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place was great. The sushi was delicious and the staff was attentive. The sushi takes a little while to come out if you have multiple orders, but once we told them we were okay with it coming out at different times service was much faster.
I knew I was going to be in for it when they delivered it perfect Gyoza. They weren’t handmade, but one side down perfectly seared, the rest steamed. Textbook, and not expensive. Then the nigiri sushi arrived. It was fresh, great portion, a little bit of wasabi for spice. Just perfect. Unagi was even warm. I would recommend this place to anybody, even discerning sushi folks that are in town for parents weekend :
THE BEST SUSHI IN FORT COLLINS. Period. The end. Travis is an incredible chef and whips up the greatest Sushi I 've had. Let 's not deny that Fort Collins isn 't a hot spot for Seafood. Yes, we try our best but its mainly mediocre at best. Luckily that 's not the case at JAWS. The fish is always fresh, the price is great, and the creativity is staggering. The 'chum bucket ' is a great, imaginative idea for a dish and really hits the spot when it 's on the lunch special.
The sushi and sashimi at this restaurant are reliable, with good drinks and great happy hour deals. The chum buckets are a nice and affordable addition to your sushi order. Overall, the experience was solid, though not spectacular.
If you're looking for an authentic sushi experience in Fort Collins, this place comes highly recommended. Despite being small, they serve their rolls quickly without compromising quality. The food is top-notch and beautifully presented. The standout feature, however, is the friendly staff. I will definitely be craving this place when I move away from here.
