Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf you 're looking for a ciderey in NoCo, then this place is a must go. Their in-house ciderey is absolutely fantastic. With a wonderful selection of ciders that are year-round, they always have something you 'll enjoy. And if you want to try something new, look no further. Their rotations are always on point. Although my sadness at seeing the Elder Lemon cider go is monumental. Regarding their food, the burgers and sandwiches are excellent, but not for the small of stomach, as they don 't really have a small serving size. Their appetizers are fantastic, and if you love cheese like me, then you must partake of the brie. Only criticism of the brie is that they need more bread and more jelly/jam selections. Table service is something to talk about, as my preference is for staff to come to your table when there is also a bar sitting option, but with the setup they have, I do understand why they don 't, as the bar is easily accessible. Also a plus, in the multiple outings I 've had there, I 've never had to wait more than a minute or two for service, so props to them for that. All in all, Scrumpy 's is a FoCo focus for cider, easily being my favorite place in Old Town to sit back and throw some cider down the hatch while enjoying the wonderful atmosphere, without the crazy hustle and bustle of your typical FoCo experience. Try the Rasbenero cider if you like some spice in your life. It 's fantastic.
Great food, great selection of ciders, and beer, and the staff all seem to enjoy where they are. Scrumpys just seems to be getting better all the time. One of our favorites.
Great ciders! I’ve heard a lot of fancy ciders that usually disappoint, but the apple pear wine, the cardinal, the campfire, and squirrel, the cherry tart, and the special reserve were all fantastic. The flight is a great way to try 8 ciders!
Every Thursday night, there's dancing to pair with excellent hard ciders amazing sandwiches. Try the 8 cider flight for $13 to see which ones you like! Great service, great atmosphere.
I’m currently sitting at the bar and haven’t been greeted once. I have no drink in front of me, which might signal to a bartender that I want one. But not a word. I even made eye contact with a bartender, and he looked away and continued his sidework. This is actually the second time this has happened, but I chalked the first one up to an off night. This review would be one star, but I’ve been here several other times, and the wonderful service of Audrey and Rachel push it up to three stars. They have some good cider, especially the Campfire. But damn, if I don’t see one of the couple employees I know will actually offer me a drink, I won’t stop in.
