We are disgusted by this food pollution and provide our health. Who knows how long the meat was in there... we never go back. We have heard from Chipotles bad rep with questions of food poisoning and health and safety... but we decided to try. We wanted to play it with chips and guac, and now not even that's safe. Never again! You can bet we tell others about it.
I have placed an online order for delivery ? three commands from Tacos and one order of chips? I got a single taco. When I asked the restaurant support team to return the order they gave, that was not an option. This is not the first time that they have messed up my order, but certainly the last I will not order again until they fix the problems. Beyond frustrated!!!!
I came here 2-3 times a week for a long time, and now I just come in once a month to remember how bad it has become. Big fan, but this place needs to get these robots in any other place because I doubt they can work worse than the employees here. Rice is thoroughly boiled, they are usually made from at least one ingredient... Usually a protein and as others have mentioned here, the taste is simply not the same; Rice lacks the lime and Zilantro, protein is under- or not seasoned and this last time I went (a few days ago) there was only one person who had the entire assembly line... from the beginning to the end. Management must improve their game or simply not call Chipotle! ...only my .02 worth. Have fun eating.
I went to the Chipotle on the brook and what I saw was disgusting. Not only do I see how an employee pushed the meat and beans and salad back into the serving pots from a dirty counter that he wiped with a dirty contaminated towel. that physically left smiles on the counter.... then you had to make two people and grind one another. two more people and dance again, then you had a person who did nothing, then you had the cashier distance. And then another employee who went back and forth for a reason and the worktops with their long braided hairs that sweeped the coffee cutting board table. None of them had hair nets and none of them had gloves on it, was like walking into a high school party. I didn't see anyone who was responsible or had anything to say. If I were for business, I would have literally fired every single person there. This situation is a mess very dirty and very unprofessional. I don't think they know companies rent undercover people. The health department will take care of it tomorrow. Whoever was the manager. 9-7-22. You should be fired
The food at Chipotle has fallen off from what I'm used to it being. It still tastes good but not great- the chicken that I got was not well-seasoned and or tender and the black beans tasted as if they were just thrown out of a tin- unseasoned. All the other ingredients were good though so the meal in its entirety was pretty okay. The staff members were very unfriendly and rather rushy even though there was at least an hour and 15 mins left on their shift. They forgot a part of our order that was already paid for and when we went back and asked for it we were met with rude glances and told that we would have to pay for it. Normally Chipotle would have been a 5 for me but this location brought it down to a 3.
