Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Lee

I was very disappointed with the service I received, I ordered a 12 piece meal and made the mistake of trusting the folks to prepare my box appropriately only to get home and discover I had a box of all dried breast no wings no legs no thighs! I tried calling local site as well as number on ticket, I left a message on local site phone no return call and no answer. I came to the store requesting to speak to mgr waited 20 mins. and never got to talk with the manager. I left the store because I didn’t want to cause a scene, this is absolutely unacceptable and I am very disappointed. Customer service here has a lot to improve on. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Are there no half stars, this place does not deserve one. Orders were mixed up, ordered spicy got mild, tenders were hard as a rock, biscuts were like hockey pucks. This was the first fast food joint we've been to in nearly two years and probably last for another two years. Regrettably...it sucked, it is what it is.

I don't want to leave a star. that is a franchise on a military basis. why they cannot remain open or have improved administration. if only passing through is open, put a sign on the walk in the door. I almost went hungry to the house if I hadn't seen the second time on the car. the waiting time is ridiculous, I'll call in the order before I go.

Ordered $80 worth eating and only got $40 to eat. I also used a door bag. had not had the chicken sandwiches or icy. Once I tried to call the load back, it seems closed. I want my food or at least my money back! you pulled me off!

Ridiculous. The wait was way over an hour.they claimed to be short-staffed.which for fast food still doesnt make sense. Clearly management is questionable. There were food already ready there...just doesnt make sense.it wasn't like everyone had to get something especially made. Questionable!!
