Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Mill

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I've been to this Chipotle location over 10 times and they never seem to have fajita veggies. The service has always been good, but it's frustrating that they are always out of something. The portion sizes of meat when ordering online are also smaller than expected. Despite these issues, the food is good and the convenience of the location is a plus. I just wish they could improve on these small details.

Another amazing visit!! My burrito was wrapped so well. A huge sports team came in at like 9:30 and they got them out the door so quickly! Very good team, and great energy. I have visited this store twice and both times I had a horrible experience with today being my second time . My first visit I Received cold food not to mention they were out of sour cream , steak, and white rice . When I visited the store today I literally waited about 10 minutes for someone to ring me up because no one wanted to come to the register . I used to visit this restaurant four to five days a week, but today will be my last visit. I always order rice with double chicken and no other toppings. However, every time I come, the price seems to be different. The cashiers here seem to have trouble pricing the food accurately. Today, I was charged $17, but on some days it's only $13 or even less. I was told that my order should be priced as a three-pointer with extra chicken, but the person working today disagreed and would not adjust the price accordingly.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I was worried that I wouldn't have a good experience at this restaurant. However, I decided to order through the app after work and before going grocery shopping. My online order was ready quickly and I didn't have to wait long. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I chose to dine in and had a pleasant experience. This Chipotle location was one of the cleanest I have been to, maybe they have improved from previous reviews. Whatever the reason, I was satisfied with my visit.
