I placed an order for breakfast 1022 am through the app and when I went to pick up the order 1040 the order wasn’t even started. The cashier printed it out and handed to Alexis who then proceeded to very rudely tell me that they were not gonna make the food because of the time. I did proceed to tell her it was done before 1030 on the app and she stated that it was late and they were not going to make the food. She continued to tell her employees to cancel the order because they were not going to do it. I then asked her on how to get my money back since it was already paid for and again very rudely stated to me that they had nothing to do with that and that I would have to handle it through the app. No refund was issued and my credit card was charged.
Terrible location. No sense of urgency. Employees are clueless. No guidance from management. Obviously a corporate store because customers don’t seem to matter. Manager (Aaron? let me sit at the window for five minutes without even acknowledging I was there. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. You can get faster service from the DMV.
They refused to take my order in the drive through and told me to come back another day. They were too busy. Only 3 cars in line.
Place was clean but took so long to get the food and also I got charged twice on my order. Will not be coming
