They never have any doughnuts so I rarely visit. It's only when there isn't a Starbucks for coffee nearby.
The service we received this morning at the drive thru was despicable. Isabel, the so called manager was so incredibly rude, I would never drive through this location ever. No one should. This person is not only rude but incompetent and has such a bad attitude that she absolutely does not belong in any customer service environment. In the end she scanned my card which had a 22 dollar credit, then proceeded to literally take it and tell us it wasn't. I.e it was stolen from us. It was a gross example of someone who dunkin donuts should not have working with people
This location is always a hit or miss for me. Very inconvenient with its location. Although the area is very busy in the morning, this location is never overwhelming with visitors. I would have to say because of the Valvoline oil station, the exit of their customers protrude through the drive-thru of this Dunkin location. However, that does not excuse the rudeness and lack of accountability of the employees here. For the most part, there's always an issue with my order or the time it takes to make a simple coffee. Donuts always seem to be out fresh at odd times, not in the morning like you would expect typically in the afternoon and on weekends not during the week. This last time I visited was probably the best experience I had. Although I only had a little energy refresher, nothing too complicated. The original lady who was going to take my order forgot. Thankfully a gentleman saw the mistake and fixed it immediately.
Honestly I have no rating for their service . Worst Dunkin in the area of South Florida when it comes to get device help.... Not happy . I had to wait for another customer to walk in to get service. This was at , 6:30 am on Feb 8 24
