Jersey Mike's Subs - Fort Myers

At some point, the first sandwich place I had red, ripe tonatoes. the personal was courteous; the place was clean; the sandwich was delicioso.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Ordered 2 giant subs, order came wrong. Tried to call store they picked up phone said nothing and placed it down on counter/desk. The absolute DISGUSTING language I heard to include food “dropping “ and a voice saying “oh well use it anyway “ to go further I heard man say it’s not clean then the manager LARRY said “ it’s clean enough”. I proceeded to call the store the next day, and Larry was on again. Could have cared less, admitted saying what he did. Asks me to bring a day old sub back and said MAY compensate me. Are you kidding me !?!?! With the language I heard the night before was scared this awfully run location may just re serve it. Jersey Mikes is a good place, this location needs the health department called in, which I will indeed make that happen. BEWARE on this location!!!

They have the best subs ever. I wish we had one in Lehigh Acres instead of subway.

I would have given a five rating but our recent experience was disappointing, There was something off in the overall flavor of our ham and cheese sub, Was it the ham? Was it the cheese? The dressing? We ordered like always but it tasted pretty ordinary and we had it Mike's Way Mike would not have approved. We hadn't had Covid so it wasn't our taste buds. Please go back to how you used to make them. We will wait a couple weeks, go back and give it another try. In the meantime, we will try Firehouse Subs, Thanks, John
