I placed a Doordarsh order and was unable to make special requests on the app. However, when I called into the location, their associate Dylan made it so easy. Not only did he fulfill my request, he also let me know they were out of of one of the items so I was able to sub it out. Amazing costumer service. Thank you!
This restaurant review describes a frustrating experience where the customer had to wait 18 minutes to receive their order of fries. They had ordered using a kiosk because the staff were busy and were told to take a table tent and enter its number for table delivery. However, when they inquired about their order at 5:17, they were told it had already been called. The customer had not heard the announcement and questioned the point of using the table tent and kiosk system. After waiting for a while longer, they went to the counter at 5:23 and found out that their order had never been on the way due to a software glitch. The customer believes this to be a symptom of a larger issue with customer service at the restaurant.
Children were seen confused and not actively helping customers with their orders, but the food was hot and satisfactory.
I witnessed the staff lowering the American flag and dragging it across the floor, almost crumpling it. I didn't feel comfortable enough to speak up, especially with people loitering around their cars outside. The food was average, with the fries tasting a bit stale.
