Mcdonald's - Fort Shafter

The food is good and service is very good and fast.

Service is mostly for drive thru or App customers..in person at counter is almost non-existent..i have literally waited 20 min, just to get order done..not because of many persons in line, but just ignored..homeless come in and fill containers with soda, multiple, with no repercussions..Price increases, but customer service, inside is not there..sorry to report, but needs much improvement, sadly, probably not forth coming..

I just left this store, I always ask for no cheese and they continue to give me cheese ?Also nobody is answering the phone from 9:30- now still no answer!!

I opened the lid and this is all the ice cream I got ... Where's the rest of my mcflurry?
