Saigon Noodles - Fort St. John

Decent. Tasty enough for those up north hoping for a bit of Asian flavour more typically found in bigger cities.

The restaurant is great and has decided to try it. I was with a friend who's regularly here. I ordered the curry die fry vermicelli and my friend had the pad thai iron fry. we both ordered blown things. the owner. is a regular customer at my workstation and so they do not choose to calculate the tee jobs. this was a pleasant surprise and a beautiful first impression. the waiting time for the food was not very long. I had a rehearsal of my friend court and it really tasted amazing. it will be my order when I visit the next one. my curry arrangement was nice and sharp. the bubbled was also a good tasting. a great first time. eating is affordable, good value for money and delicious. will definitely be back to visit.

Came to lunch while he worked in continued st. john. I tend to frequent Vietnamese restaurants in greater vancouver, which is no fairer comparison. for something so far north in bc it was good. it was also a welcome answer from almost food, pub food,...and restaurant chains. the lunch was a Vermicelli bowl with an early roll and grilled pork. it was decent. the only thing they could have done better was the diving sauce. the taste could be better adapted to be more balanced between the sour, sweet and fish sauce funky.
