Ricks Crab Trap - Fort Walton Beach

Was not impressed with this place at all. My shrimp was not deveined which completely grossed me out and my husband's fish was over cooked. The service was slow and I can think of 10 other better places to eat. In regards to the owners response: the shrimp should always be deveined and I have never been to a restaurant that didn't do this. Removing the intestines eliminates that gritty nasty taste. Our waiter was awesome! My food came out over cooked on he got it fixed right away, no problem! Our kids absolutely loved their crab legs! This is a place we would go back to again. We've always enjoyed this place. This time not so much. The server was loud, argumentative and kept calling me MAMA. Brought the wrong beer and said she would take it off the bill, but didn't. I got charged for two beers. I've been in food service all my life. Never experienced service as UNCOMFORTABLE as this. We were told we were getting a platter for two...it had one cluster of snow crab which was DRIED OUT and one piece of corn and a potato and a half. The oysters were ok and the shrimp was good but this was NOT a platter for two. I spent 89 bucks and had to stop by Burger King and feed my grandson. Never again.
