Arby's - Fort Wayne

I have visited this restaurant a few times recently and I must say I am impressed. The restaurant is very well-managed, clean, and recently updated. The workers are professional, especially the young man with curly strawberry blond hair who assisted me at the drive-thru window tonight. He was extremely polite and took great care of me when my order took longer than expected, without me having to complain. All of my food was fresh and my order was complete, which is rare at most places nowadays. If he is not already in management, he should be in the future. Overall, I appreciate whoever is running this location for their excellent service.

My spouse and I, a mature couple celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary, had a pleasant evening at the restaurant. We sat at the bar, ordered food and drinks, and engaged in delightful conversation with the bartender. The food was delicious, and to our surprise, the bartender treated us with something special. We were truly impressed and grateful. Thank you!

I used a coupon for a free sandwich without realizing it was for a different store, but the manager kindly honored it. I am extremely grateful.

I'm going up this morning to find a handwritten note, I'm sorry to open 8 o'clock. opening at 8 o'clock does not work for people who need to be at work.

Beef and cheddar were good but cold. The fries were old, tough and cold. Heading to the hospital and wanted one last good meal. How disappointing.
