Avaliação da contribuiçãoHours and half wait to get my order that I ordered online. it is a Friday night that arrived at 1 o'clock, my order is not received until about 2:25 o'clock. when I came to the window, they could not find my online order anymore. I had to show her on my handy what I ordered. one of the employees was in bad mood and screamed to the other employee while I write my order. She was nice to talk to me, but only a bad mood. when I got my order, my sauces and a taco were missing, but I decided to call it a night-lol. do not understand why the line lasted until they had 3 employees there and the lobby had closed.
Had a problem with a mobile order that ran right before the lock. theresa the manager hasn't taken care of any problem if u just call a problem. they usually do a good job.
Burritos filled with fillers, rice. They said they were made of big cups, all they had was medium, but still charged for the big one. 2.19 for a large drink is expensive. especially if it is a medium that seems to be expensive if I had good eating and quality I would not have gone to taco bell.
I requested 15 packets of sauce but was only given 6. I also paid for 2 side dishes but only received 1. I usually prefer to give praise publicly and address issues privately, but it appears that the lack of fulfillment of my order was intentional.
Normally my experience is good but tonight they had limited everything .... I couldn't even get chips&cheese ...just burritos or tacos. (hard or soft)but other than that customer service was great and reasonable wait time just a couple of mins if that.
