I could tell the team working today does not work well together and set an unhealthy working environment that is visible by the guests. I saw the young man running the register and trying to help the older women make sandwiches. One of the older women was very rude to the young man and put her hand up in his face in front of everyone in the restaurant. I couldn’t see behind the counter but could tell she was unorganized. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The older women obviously run hostile shifts by themselves and shouldn’t be trusted by themselves.
Your standard Firehouse Shop. Too bad they went to packaged sauces. I miss the Gator Hammock. We found it online, but the variety of sauces made it more fun to go there. I think the North Richland Hills area was cleaner.
Stopped in for a sub. The employees were super nice and quick to assist. Sandwiches were about the same as always but my complaint is that they have gotten rid of the selection of hot sauces that compliment the sandwiches. This is unfortunate as this is what sets this sandwich shop aside from any other. Without this extra ...it is just a standard corporate sandwich shop...just unfortunate.
Love their subs. The #12 is the bomb. Melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.
I gave an order and when my daughter picked him up. They closed the door and light it off. When a worker came out, she was told that they threw away our sandwiches. Although he laughed and went with a bag of three sandwiches and three chips. I put the order at 8:31 and my daughter called me at 8:58 to tell me they wouldn't give the sandwiches. I waited all day for the manager to call me to get my money back since I was charged for the sandwiches. Customer service says I have to wait until the manager contacts me. I always like fireworks. So disappointed that this happened.
