Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

My mocha frappe was excellent I had them put one shot of espresso in its and it was wonderful. Their service was quick, the only thing wrong was I ordered my double cheeseburger with extra onion pieces and they ended up putting NONE . It was good I just think it would have been way better if it would have had the onions . Just saying!

We arrived home at 9:44 a.m. and found our food to be cold and stale. Despite hoping for an improvement each time, our chicken nuggets tasted old, as if they had been left in cooking oil along with the fries. The service was good, but there is room for improvement in ensuring fresh food and changing the cooking oil. As parents, we expect McDonald's to provide good and safe food for our children. We kindly ask that they address these issues.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I wish they would bring back their old dollar menu for even better value. The food is top-notch, I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

I requested a salad but was told that they no longer serve salads. Afterwards, I asked for a smoothie but was informed that the smoothie machine was not working. Unfortunately, I was not able to try any of the food so I am unable to provide a rating. Food: 1/5

On the night of 4-13-22 at 8:40pm, I had the pleasure of encountering a young African American man working the pick-up window during the night shift. He was incredibly kind and respectful, asking me how my day was when he handed over my food. His customer service was exceptional, and he came across as a very sweet individual. Your establishment should be proud to have someone like him on your team. We need more people like him in the world.
