As a delivery driver, I have had two experiences at this restaurant where other drivers were able to take my order, causing inconvenience for me. Despite informing the staff that someone had taken my order, they refused to remake it. It seems like they are not properly confirming orders and are allowing people to take whatever they want without any accountability. This is unfair to both the drivers and the customers, as we should not be held responsible for the restaurant's negligence in fulfilling mobile orders.
The service at this restaurant was friendly, quick, and fantastic! All the food was served hot and in large portions. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very kind. Flor, especially, was gracious, as was Lawrence, the manager.
This store in specifically is my favorite Panda Express location to go. Every time I go I get greeted makes me feel like home and the food well prepared the workers are always no rudeness nothing but kindness specially (MELISSA) I like the way she helps with any questions I have and her customer service is beyond I dont think I've ever received any customer service like the way she does it puts her all in to her job 10 out of 10 expect me back all the time.
It was awful. This girl at the front named Flor was very rude and trying to get the order over with. Then a customer who clearly wasn’t all the way there, rather than catering to her confusion , she continued to be rude to her repeating the same thing over with. Didnt give me the right amount of chicken for my order
