Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis was our first time to experience Reata. My girlfriend and I both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves to say the least. We started with the bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos as a wonderful suggestion from our waiter David. Then we transitioned to our entree's she had the pepper crusted tenderloin with the port sauce. It was cooked perfectly to her wishes and the port sauce with the grits were heaven. I had the citrus crusted chicken with the honey mustard sauce which was also very good but the tenderloin was definitely the star of our table. We will most definitely be back sooner than later.
Onion rings are TX sizes!!! Pork tacos were good. Wish it had more veggies. The house special tamales were delicious. Our main waitress was interacting with our group nicely, funny and overall just pleasant. Some of the additional help acted like they were annoyed. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to friends coworkers.
We really want to love this place after we have read all great criticism and ravenes, but we couldn't. If you need to order something from here, stay with the American/southern food. We didn't taste the Mexican food route from enjoyable taste. The service is excellence. They didn't blame us for the food we didn't like. The restaurant itself has beautiful decor and ambience.
They're not just in Texas, they're in Ft Worth, just a mile or so away from Fort Worth. Of course you will eat steak. Both ribeye and beef tenderloin were exceptional along with the service. Had the Calamari and the bacon filled jalapenos for appetizers and the apple cbbler with ice cream for dessert. All of it... Excellent! It is known for its fine culinary experience and it was not disappointed!
We loved it absolutely. We also ate in the Reata in the Alps and this was our first time here. The darkened trout was amazing as the tortilla soup. We came to lunch, but did a reservation before the time get it pretty busy? Question? Disfruta/Enjoy?
