Very very good food. Best cornbread in the world. So glad we tried this place. It not like normal restaurant food. This is home cooking!

Friendly people, good food, had a stuffed potato. Thing was so big I ate half and saved the other, fried chops are juicy tender and pack so much flavor. That was my first time and for sure going to go back to try out the other items. Need to try is the oxtail.

Had the fried pork chop plate, and it took way too long for my food to come out. I will be back because the food is really good!

The fish salad with eggs is the best. I have practically tried ever Here and it was all some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The look aid is not to sweet and overall the restaurant is such a great option if you want some soul food

Fantastic meatloaf and chicken fried chicken . Everyone there was raving about the catfish but I unfortunately have an allergen, but I can only imagine the magic because what we had was delicious. Definitely get on them yams and greens too ! Woooweeee the plates are big too. You might consider splitting a meal if you go with someone. The place felt cozy and service and the people were great .
