The Hot Mess at Hot Brew Bistro is TOO INCREDIBLE for words…treat yourself to this perfect creation! I suggest ordering it on country potatoes/extra crispy with gravy added. Just look at the video of it SIZZLING!The leftovers are just as delicious later. Stays crisp! Thank you, Cherieand crew.

For a mom and pop restaurant, the food is IMPRESSIVE. Even for a fancier restaurant, the food holds up. And the owner is as sweet as can be and genuinely cares about her customers as people. 5 stars.

The portions here are huge. The food is quite good. The sauce on the eggs benedict was really good and the gravy on the chicken fried steak was excellent. The coffee is good. Latte well done. Decent service.
