Avaliação da contribuiçãoThey are open! We called the restaurant directly to place a takeout order, and it was ready for pickup in just 15 minutes. The door was open for easy access, allowing us to walk in and out without touching the door handle. I can't recall if the staff wore masks, but I do remember they were wearing gloves. The truffle burger was incredibly satisfying and indulgent; I ate half and saved the other half for later. The caprese salad was lighter and creamier, thanks to the avocado slices, and it felt less heavy than the truffle burger. The fries were warm and perfectly crispy. I'm really glad we chose this place for takeout.
You can either choose from their pre-stacked burgers or create your own, with additional toppings available for varying prices. Options include grilled onions, onion rings, fried eggs, bacon, and avocado, among others (though I didn't notice mushrooms on the list). Recently, they've also introduced Korean hot wings to their menu. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger is a standout; it’s what Carl's Jr. wishes their Western Bacon Cheeseburger could be. It features a toasted brioche bun, crisp lettuce, two jumbo onion rings, thick-cut crispy bacon hanging off the sides, along with cheese, tomato, mayo, and BBQ sauce. The burger stands about 6 inches tall. I ordered mine well done and relished every bite. The fries are a medium cut, fried to perfection—not too raw or too crispy, just right. The Fountain Valley location is clean, equipped with a couple of TVs showing sports. While cooking your burger may take a few extra minutes, you can be assured that it's being prepared properly. They also offer some enticing options like the Truffle Burger and the Bulgogi Burger that might tempt you to try something different. If you're looking for a quick burger meal without compromising on taste and quality, and you don’t mind spending a bit more, G Burger is a fantastic choice.
I've dined here several times over the past year, and the food is consistently excellent! My usual order is the chicken sandwich or a burger topped with an egg. Today, I decided to try the mini burger from the kids' menu, which is a nice option for adults as well. The mini burger consists of two decent-sized sliders, and they were fantastic! I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which are among the best I've ever tasted. The restaurant has recently been remodeled, and it's always spotless. They offer beer on tap for those who enjoy a drink with their meal. The staff is consistently friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. This spot is perfect if you're in a hurry and looking for a quick bite to eat, even though it’s called G BURGER.
If you're craving a casual burger and fried chicken experience without compromising on flavor, G Burger in Fountain Valley is our family's go-to destination. The restaurant is clean and features cozy tables, along with several TV screens where you can catch local sports action. The burger menu offers plenty of customization options, plus a tempting selection of signatures with delicious add-ons. The bulgogi burger is a standout, featuring a juicy beef patty topped with marinated short rib, sliced onions, and flavored peppers—truly heavenly on a soft bun. There are also many sandwich options that I haven't yet tried, including turkey, chicken, pastrami, and vegetarian choices like portobello mushroom. The fried chicken rounds out my perfect comfort food cravings, with juicy, crispy, spicy chicken served piping hot! It's simply amazing!
I give full marks to whoever hires your staff, but as someone who works in customer service, I would be shocked if KAT was on my team. It's concerning that my original order through Grubhub was reported missing by your staff, but KAT explained it was simply due to being out of stock. Better communication with your customers would go a long way in avoiding these issues in the future.
