Sizzler - Fountain Valley

First time back in about 2 yrs.was very happy with price,food,and very happy with the service we received while dining there.

The food is super fresh! I loved the create your own side salad. The cheese toast is especially good here. Both of our entrees were perfectly cooked and very tasty.Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. This is our favorite Sizzler.

Overall it was nice. My friends and I had a very pleasant Sunday.Kid-friendliness: There were no goats in the building ??. I don't know what you mean? Dog's were not allowed in the eating establishment. Dog's don't build buildings or houses, they don't belong in buildings especially where people eat. That's unsanitary.

I haven 't been to Sizzler for over 30 years. Now I remember why. My $26.99 Ribeye was not per my order. I asked for Rare I got Medium which was still Ok. The Cheese Toast was just plain awful and the baked potato was the deal breaker. Horrible over what ever cooking method it was as dry as desert sand dirt clod. I swear I was just terribly deflated. I wanted a good moist hot baked potato more than I wanted the steak.So for me it seems that 30 years later you pay an extra 10 bucks for the steak or maybe more? And the potato was the absolute deal killer. Even with two giant cloths of butter and sour cream, it was still a dried out flaked out overcooked horrible baked potato just ruined the whole meal and the cheese toast was garbage as well. So maybe I won 't be around for the next time. The ghost of myself in the future thinks about sizzler ever again.

Every time my mom and I come to this location of Sizzler we are consistently impressed. The unlimited salad bar is always fresh, and maintained—we saw people cleaning it and refilling it regularly! The steak we order is always hot and perfectly cooked, and the service is always attentive. I have no complaints whatsoever. We went to a smaller chain a month back that boasts 60+ years in the business and we were so disappointed, it’s nice to always see Sizzler’s established quality control in action. Totally made up for our bad experience elsewhere!
