The food at this restaurant has been consistently good for the past few months. My only issue is with the drive-through service. I have tried to go through the drive-through between 10 and 10:30, but there is never anyone there to take my order. As a result, I ended up going to Jersey Mike's instead.
I ordered a Giant Slim Tuna and a Gargantuan with cherry peppers. There was 1 (one! singular cherry pepper on the Gar. But I was sure charged. I am disgusted. As a former employee of this company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. 9:30 pm, 25August 2022
Today we went to eat and as we were ordering our jj gargantuan sandwiches they told us they did not have turkey which didn?t bother me but I asked if I could replace the turkey with another meat the cashier looked over and asked and what I assume is themanager came over and said yes but he looked highly irritated and rude as he was about to give me the total of my order withouteven asking me first if that was it I atwo additional items to the order which he was annoyed and in turn annoyed me. Mydaughter came up and asked for a lemonade and he got annoyed at that as well I went on to ask my daughter if that was it shesaid yes and I commented to him you look irritated that I?m adding things to my order I am going to pay for it so what is theissue. As my sandwiches were done another employee handed them to me he was very nice and I asked him for ranch he said I willhave to charge you I said that?s ok I am aware I just didn?t want to add it to my order since his boss already looked annoyedwith me and the employee said get the last name but he whispered it and I did not catch the last name but he checked me out so Iimagine it?s what is on the receipt which the name reads Aryan. Very rude manager and a red headed girl as well which I did notcatch her name. I do want to add when the rude ?manager/employee?heard me asking for ranch he did not charge me for it I supposehe felt guilty for his attitude. It was a very uncomfortable dine in experience the red head cleaning around us and seemed veryirritated.
This restaurant location is really struggling. In my experience, there have been times when all the workers were on break and no one would answer the drive-thru or when trainees were training other trainees. Despite repeatedly stating that I wanted a slim #4 and a slim #5, the worker, David, kept repeating a 4 and 5 back to me. When I questioned the total at the window and asked if he was sure about my order, he assured me that it was correct. However, when I got home and checked the receipt, I realized that the order was wrong. I should have checked there, but it was a hot day and I am pregnant and just wanted to get home. I also specifically mentioned that I did not want onions and vegetables due to my nausea from all-day morning sickness. I think I will take a break from this location for now.
