Terrible terrible terrible I?m doing 16hrs at work and they bring me this garbage with feathers still on my chicken and the rice is not what I asked for

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but in the last two years, the quality has significantly declined. The lunch specials used to be $5.85 and dinner specials were $9.35, which I could understand given inflation, but now lunch specials are over $9 and dinner specials start at over $14. As another reviewer pointed out, the portions are small for the high prices. You’d be better off spending your money at a hibachi restaurant. I ended up paying $40 for dinner and drinks for two, which felt like a poor value.

This restaurant offers the best food in town! It's a charming spot with new management, and if you enjoy fried rice, you absolutely have to try theirs—it's hard to find a place that does it right!

I ordered takeout, and while the food was good, there were no utensils or napkins included, which I really needed since I wasn't eating at home. I also requested fried rice with chicken, but they gave me plain white rice instead. I understand I ordered 30 minutes before closing, but these two issues were disappointing and have led me to lower my rating by two stars.
