Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went through the drive-thru for my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last. The server was outstanding—he had a fantastic personality and was incredibly friendly. I was truly impressed. He would definitely excel at serving tables inside!
I?ve never left a review for fast food before but the service I received from this location was outstanding! I?m not sure if I?ll spell his name right, but Bryson (hope that?s his name) was extremely welcoming and efficient and made my fast food diningexperience feel much more than just fast food. I love all their locations but this one is amazing! The manager of this locationshould feel very proud and I hope that kid working the front gets a raise!!
Very friendly location. Will often take your order in the drive-thru and offer great customer service. Food quality is excellent with good QC. Hot, fresh, juicy chicken and consistent portions (unlike other locations in Massachusetts)
The staff members are friendly, but the quality of the food can be inconsistent. On some days, it's perfectly fine, while on others, it's not. During my last two visits, I had to return items from my order. For instance, I ordered a kale salad that contained hardly any kale—just a lot of cabbage—and the fries were all small, broken pieces as if they were scooped from the bottom of the container. I feel the team should be inspecting the food before packaging it for customers to ensure it meets expectations and is appetizing. Overall, the staff is great; they just need to improve the quality of what they’re serving to customers.
On another occasion in October 2022, I stopped by this location looking for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, this was the first time I felt I needed to give Chick-fil-A a lower rating because of a staff member. I typically enjoy the efficient service and quality food at fast-food places. I noticed the drive-through was quite busy, so I decided to go inside to order instead. The restaurant is located in a mall area, somewhat hidden by trees, but it’s not too hard to find. When I entered, it was busy, but the restaurant was clean. I opted to get my meal to go. I mentioned to the cashier that I wanted to redeem my birthday reward, but she seemed to ignore that when I scanned the QR code. I asked her again if she noticed the reward code, and she said she couldn’t see it. I was left wondering what she would do about the missing reward and was met with silence. Eventually, she signaled to a coworker who correctly completed my transaction. To make things worse, she handed me a cup filled with ice, even though I specifically requested no ice. It might seem minor, but I really appreciate the attention to detail that Chick-fil-A employees usually have. This cashier definitely needs more supervision, as she doesn't seem ready to handle orders or drink preparations on her own.
