Honey Dew Donuts - Framingham

Terrible food. Unfriendly counter person. Dirty tables. Go somewhere else!!

Service was rude, impatient, and questions were met with eye rolls. Donuts tasted dry and stale. What a frustrating and disappointing experience. Go to Dunkin instead.

Honey Dew Donuts are all pretty good. I’m not convinced of their Chocolate Glazed Cake but I would recommend their Blueberry Cake, French Cruller, Boston Cream, Jelly, and Honey Dip Glaze. The sandwiches are not bad but their donuts with coffee is my recommendation.

Excellent customer service at this location. They remember my coffee when I arrive always with a good morning and a smile. I even witnessed a customer come into the place distraught because she lost her keys. The employee (Kelly) didn’t miss a beat threw a glove on and in the trash she went and found the customers keys. The customer was so appreciative and it really was above and beyond her job requirements. Thanks for being my morning coffe place!

Very good chain franchise coffee shop. Your not going to get artisanal coffee but the baked goods are very good in the morning when they are fresh out of the oven. Family run vibe and neighborhood meeting place.
