As long as we went to the counter to get our cups, so we could at least drink our soda while we were waiting. The couple who ordered us got their food before us. What saved this place was hot and good. It was my first time to get your chicken dish and I was happy. The pepsi on the right side needed a little more syrup. The one on the left was perfect. The dining room was clean. We got this place. #gaylordrocks
That's exactly what I ordered. Extra beef was written on the newspaper where Taco was. Service was great. Detroit Taco Bells must take Lessons from Frankenmuth Taco Bell's. Thank you.
The tables were filthy. I cleaned our table myself with a wet wipe and it was gray when I finished. Some things were stuck on the table so I had to really scrub which tells me the tables don't get cleaned on a regular basis like they should.
Okay Taco Bell, I don’t have high expectations but giving a straw for your drink and some sauce when you ask for it is the least you could do. Also the person on window was mumbling the whole time making it nearly impossible to understand through the microphone or even at the window. Customer service needs some work!
This location continues to disappoint. Don't expect napkins. They don't give you any through the drive-through. Also, we ordered chalupas without tomatoes. It looks like they put them all on the first one, then two on the second when they realized it was without. Why they didn't fix the first, no idea. Also you need your receipt to earn points on their app, this store never gives you your receipt unless you ask for it, them not so happy about it.
