While visiting family in Frankfurt, Chimichurri was recommended to us since I am a vegetarian and our family previously had a good experience there. ...
We visited the chimichurri in februar and were all satisfied. for a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, it offers a small but fine selection of regional as well as regional (and international) dishes, all of which are very delicious through the bank. Among other things, there is also the vegan variants of the frankfurter Friday classic "green soße". Class. The ambiente of the restaurant is very harmonious and pleasant. somewhere between hip and aging, I would arrange it. To be ordered: each of us ordered a different dish. all top. decoration, size and taste leave absolutely no wish open. why the restaurant chimichurri is called me remained a puzzle after the visit. Finally, this is an Argentine oil salsa. the service leaves something to wish with us. with a service power also not surprising that everything takes very long. ewtl. should be thought about more personal. this would lead to relief on both sides. So if you can bring some time, you don't have a strange word and you can get on properly well-converted vegan dishes, you don't get around the chimichurri.
My friend and I have been looking for a place where we can taste German food while eating vegan/vegetarian, and this place was it! As soon as we entered, we found that mainly locals were here. there was no English menu, but the waiter was very nice and explained to us the whole menu! I ordered the green sosse, kartoffeln, with soybean carving and my friend ordered something that was translated into a quiche (was broth and?) a whole brunning small meatball with vegan cheese.) both dishes came with an salat than supplement. the salat impressed me very much. Normally I don't like salat because the dressing in the usa tends to be hard, and I'm not a fan of dressing on fruit basis, as it tends to be too sweet, but the dressing here was incredible - light, slightly lemony, and not too sweet. the salad also uses fresh ingredients. the green sauce with carving had a very good balance. most meat dishes I have tried are really hard in the, but the acid green sauce really helps to balance the dinge. the court of my friend was a bit boring, depending on which part they have eaten (i.e. when they have eaten all bread at the end), but it was still quite delicious when they came to the pulp. I think I tried it with the included cream and it was pretty good. the smell of meat and sauce somehow reminded me of Taco meat hahadas dessert (chocolate panna cotta with crunch) also had a great balance and was also quite delicious. it was not too sweet, as there seems to be a bit dark chocolate, and the sour cherry give the whole dish really a good balance. I think there were even a few local fruits. again very fresh ingredients! I highly recommend this hotel if you want to try German food that is vegan. I also recommend bringing a few coins as drinking money if they want to pay with credit card, as the credit card machine does not allow any drinking money.
